Atlanta, Georgia-based Placement Music is a one-stop, music production and licensing company with a roster of high-profile, award-winning composers, musicians, producers, and engineers who create and record all genres of series themes, feature scores, custom compositions, re-records and / or work-for-hire music for film, television, gaming & advertising projects. A diverse catalog of over 700 high-quality, 100% pre-cleared music tracks from 70+ established and emerging artists is available for immediate and affordable licensing. 

Placement Music’s successes include being commissioned by FOX Sports for two consecutive years to create original, orchestral score for the Super Bowl XLVIII and Super Bowl XLV – Declaration of Independence feature. As a result, the team was nationally recognized in with two Silver Telly Awards for “Best Use of Music” and a Hollywood Music In Media Award (HMMA) for “Best Score – Special Feature”. Their custom placements include  NASCAR on FOX, the indie film HITS, which debuted at the Sundance Film Festival and Showtime’s Dexter. Catalog placements include NFL on FOX, Paramount Pictures Mean Girls 2, and HBO’s True Blood. They re-recorded Rosemary Clooney’s version of “Mambo Italiano” for the season 3 finale of Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva. Their recording of the original song “Pie Fell In Love With The Cake” featuring comedian and series regular Margaret Cho was chosen to appear on the Soundtrack: Drop Dead Diva: Music From The Original Television Series, Vol. 2 released by Madison Gate Records.
