Play Play The Swear

The Swear is a modern rock quartet with a history of songwriting accolades (including a Grand Prize in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest), and a knack for infectious pop hooks and soaring choruses. Lauded by Guitar Player, Paste Magazine and Rolling Stone's Chuck Eddy, The Swear mixes influences from Concrete Blonde to Muse to create a dark and powerful blend of punk and rock. Veterans of the Warped Tour, SXSW and the CMJ New Music Marathon, The Swear recently released their debut full-length album, Hotel Rooms and Heart Attacks which was produced by Ted Niceley (Fugazi), Matt Goldman (Underoath) and Jeff Tomei (Smashing Pumpkins). The band's songs have been featured on programs such as FX's "Rescue Me", The CW's "Smallville" and MTV's "Jersey Shore."
